School & Playgroup Photography

About The Service:

I offer a comprehensive school photographic service with a colleague Andy Smith.

 

Because we are small company you are guaranteed a personal service speaking directly to the

photographers, myself, Andrew Garner ABIPP and Andy Smith, and not to anonymous sales people. 

 

All production work is done in our own studio so you can be assured of an efficient service and quality-controlled product.

 

Our Style:

 

Our photography is done using a clean fresh white background and an informal, fun and relaxed approach. We find this helps to place the children at ease and produces the best possible results. For group photographs we may also use appropriate props for such things as the music or sports club.

 

Ordering:

 

We will supply printed proof cards with the image, package prices and ordering details to the school for distribution to parents.  Parents then return the orders with payment to the school and we will collect them for processing.

 

How long does it take?:

 

Our aim is to always return proofs and packages as quickly as possible but without compromising quality. Normally our proofs are returned to the school in 7 days and packages within two weeks of orders being collected from the school. Any orders returned from parents after our collection date will be subject to an additional £5 surcharge.

 

Commission:

 

All our prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, our commission is paid at the rate of 20% for total sales below £1500 (ex vat) and 25% if sales exceed £1500 (ex vat).

 

Additional Prints:

 

After orders are complete we will supply the school with a proof sheet of images and order forms for additional print orders.

 

Parents will return order forms directly to us either with cheque payment or we will contact them for card payment.

 

These prints can then be despatched directly to parents. Although in this case we deal with all administration the school will still receive the appropriate commission.
